Delta 8 (D8) is a form of THC that is derived from hemp and is legal. D8 is a naturally occurring psychoactive cannabinoid found in the hemp plant. D8 is the mellower cousin of the well known Delta 9 THC found in cannabis, and is less likely to produce the side effects of paranoia and anxiety that is sometimes associated with a THC high from cannabis.
